Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of checkout.
Custom orders are subject to a $500 non-refundable upfront design charge, credited toward the total
order at time of purchase.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once production begins,
changes or cancellations are not permitted.
Delivery & Inspection
All orders must be inspected at delivery. Damage must be reported immediately. An adult must be
present.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production or logistics. Unapologetic Luxe
Living is not liable for delays outside its control.
Commercial Use
Use in commercial or rental environments voids this warranty in full.
Unapologetic Luxe Living can provide furniture specifications for commercial use. Consultation
required.
2. Limited Warranty
Coverage on Frame and Spring Unit
Valid for 10 years. Applies to original purchaser only. Indoor, residential use only. Covers manufacturer
defects only.
Weight Capacity
Each seat supports up to 300 lbs.
Cushions
Cushions soften with use. This is normal. Down cushions require fluffing.
Fabric & Leather
Not covered under warranty.
Exclusions
Normal wear, misuse, improper care, environmental exposure, and natural disasters are not covered.
Natural Materials
Variations in materials are natural and not defects.
Claims
Claims must be submitted within 5 days. Late claims may be denied. Include receipt, photos, and
description.
Each piece is crafted with intention and designed to perform beautifully over time.
