Is everything available online?
Our full collection is thoughtfully curated online, but some bespoke and limited pieces may only be available through direct inquiry. We also offer customization on size and materials. Have your eye on something specific? Reach out here—our team is happy to help.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account necessary—just taste. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your treasures.
How do I make sure it fits?
We strongly recommend measuring doorways, stairwells, and your space before placing an order. You can find our sizing guide here to help keep surprises chic—not stressful.
Do you offer in-home design help?

What shipping methods are available?
Our furniture pieces will be delivered to you by white glove delivery. White glove delivery is a premium service that provides extra care and attention to high-value, fragile, or one-of-a-kind items during the shipping process. This service includes handling items with meticulous care from packaging to delivery, ensuring they are transported safely and securely. Delivery personnel not only transport the item to the destination but also handle unpacking, assembly, and installation, along with removing any packaging materials. When your item(s) are ready to be shipped, we will contact you to arrange the best time for delivery.
All other products such as art or pillows will be shipped with your choice of ground or priority though a major shipping carrier.
How long will it take to get receive my order?
For furniture please allow 6-8 weeks for us to contact you to schedule delivery.
What payment methods are accepted?

Do your pieces come with a warranty?
We stand behind every stitch, seam, and sculpted edge. Our limited warranty covers craftsmanship and materials. Details here.
How is sales tax calculated?
Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and applicable local regulations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Gift cards and exclusive shop perks coming soon.
Can I pick up my items in person?
Currently, we don’t offer pick-up. We believe luxury should come to you.
Will everything arrive together?
It depends on your order. Some items ship separately, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Do you offer White Glove delivery?
Of course. Our team will deliver, unwrap, and place your pieces exactly where you want them. We don’t hang art or light fixtures, but we do make a fabulous impression.
Will someone need to be home?
Yes—someone 18 or older must be there to sign off on the delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S., but international options may be coming. Stay tuned or inquire directly.
What if my furniture doesn’t fit during delivery?
We don't accept returns on custom items, if it doesn't fit, you are responsible, so measure twice, fall in love once. Please click here for our sizing guide, and here for our returns and exchanges policy.

Can I change my order?
Contact us quickly—your personalized order is tailored to your specifications and initiated for production upon placement. Review your confirmation order promptly and make any necessary changes within 5 days. We do not accept cancellations or changes after 5 days of order confirmation. My item looks different than expected—what gives?
Our pieces are handcrafted using natural materials, so slight variations are part of the charm—not a flaw. Think of it as your furniture’s unique signature. If exact material color/color match is important to you, we offer the ability to receive a material sample of fabric/leather to be received and approved by you before your piece begins production. Reach out to us right away if would like this option.
